What size is the calendar?
The calendars are 9″x12″ when closed, printed on the highest quality 100 lb silk finish paper.
What do the covers look like?
The cover is a single large image of your choosing, with a customized title and subtitle in a color of your choosing, and printed on glossy laminated paper.
How are the calendars bound?
We chose a saddle stitch binding which is the same binding you find on expensive gift-shop calendars.
Is the calendar in color or in black and white?
The calendar is entirely in color.
What about putting pictures into my calendar- is this difficult?
It’s super easy. Most of it is self-explanatory but if you need help, we have extensive instructions once you log in to the site.
If you need to modify you photos, there is a wonderful free tool at Picnik.com to help you edit your pictures.
Do I need to be good at computers to do this?
You DO NOT need to be a computer whiz to do this.

Can I make a calendar in any language?
The program default is in English, which means that all the names on the months are in English. For large orders in another language, e-mail us at virginia@heritagecalendar.com so we can quote on manually changing the months.
Can I customize the calendar?
We are happy to work with large orders to meet your specific needs. Contact us at virginia@heritagecalendar.com to discuss a custom order.
Can we add advertising pages in the back of the calendar.
Yes, you can do this by e-mailing us at virginia@heritagecalendar.com to set up a custom quote.

How long does it take to have the calendars printed?
Orders take 2-3 weeks to print and ship.
What is the minimum order?
The wonderful printer we work with has agreed to printing with no miminum order. You will probably want more than one, but we wanted to give you the option of ordering a really small quantity.
This is also very useful for fundraising as you can order a sample
and then take prepaid orders for the exact number you will be able to sell.

Can I order more copies?
You can order more copies since we store your file for two months.
I want reprints of a calendar, but I want to make a change to it.
No problem. Once you have completed and ordered your calendar, you can create a new version of it by clicking “copy this calendar”. This will make a copy of your calendar that you can change, edit and order. It’s a great way to make several versions of a calendar, (maybe for in-laws, or families with divorced parents) without having to start from scratch.
Can I have my local printer print my calendar?
You may only use the printer that we work with, with whom
we have an electronic link, so that your files transfer safely.
This is so that we can be assured that all HeritageCalendars
will be of the highest quality and that you will ultimately be happy.
Can I see a proof of my calendar before printing?
We have a fast and inexpensive way to proof your work. You just print out the Preview File on your own printer so that you can proof it yourself.
How much does it cost to print a calendar?

Shipping costs are according to weight.
We ship small orders via FedEx Ground and large orders via truck.

I am having trouble viewing and using the site. What should I do?
Your problem is probably due to the need to update your browser
(your connection to the internet) or perhaps because you have a slow connection. You can update your browser for free by going to the Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox sites.
- PC Users: Internet Explorer 6.x and above or Firefox 2 and above (running on an IBM-compatible PC with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 with the “standard” and “address” toolbar settings selected and the text size set to medium).
- Mac Users: This site is optimized for Mac OS 10.2 and above running the Apple Safari Browser

You will only be asked to share your personal information upon ordering your calendar. This information is necessary for us in order to process your order. From time to time, something may come up and we may need to reach to you. That is why we ask you to share your phone number.
