When emailing, please put the word calendar in the subject line.
We all have to be careful opening emails.
When you use the word calendar, plus the rest of your title,
we will know that the email comes from one of our members.

If you need additional help, email us and Laurie or Virginia will call you back. Answering your questions is very important to us but we can’t always help unless you do the following:

Please add either virginia@heritagecalendar.com to your secure email
list before you send this email so that our repsonse doesn’t end up in your spam.
If you don’t hear from us when you send me an email
it’s because the email we sent you was erased as spam or put into your junk mail box.

How to find your email safe lists:
AOL 9.0: It’s called your Address Book
HotMail: It’s called your Safe List
Yahoo: Add to your address book.
If you find the report in the bulk mail folder, click on the link “This is not spam.”
Some Spam Filters: A Whitelist is a list of ’safe’ email addresses.
